- 1 box brownie mix
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla and flour.
- Pour half of the brownie mix into a greased baking pan.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Top with the remaining brownie mix.
- Swirl the layers gently with a knife.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate brownie mix.
- Serve with extra caramel sauce on top if desired.
