- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup nuts (almonds or walnuts)

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- In a pot, combine rolled oats and milk.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add banana, honey, nuts, dried fruits, and cinnamon.
- Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve warm or let cool and pack for later.
