Ingredients

- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Stir in the cheese, bell peppers, spinach, onions, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the mixture for about 5 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until set and lightly golden on top.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
