- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup mashed banana
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix oats, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add mashed banana, honey, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- Use ripe bananas for better sweetness.
