Description
A hearty breakfast casserole made with crescent rolls.
Ingredients

- 1 can of crescent rolls
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 cup of diced cooked ham
- 1/2 cup of chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Unroll the crescent rolls and line the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add cheese, ham, and bell peppers to the egg mixture.
- Pour the egg mixture over the crescent rolls in the baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until eggs are set and golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use cooked sausage or bacon instead of ham if desired.
- Customize with your favorite vegetables.
