Ingredients

- 1 can of refrigerated biscuits
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 cups of shredded cheese
- 1 cup of cooked sausage, crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- Cut the biscuits into quarters and layer them in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add the crumbled sausage and half of the cheese to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture over the biscuits in the baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or onions.
- This dish can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
