A delicious and easy breakfast casserole made with tater tots, eggs, and cheese.

- 1 bag frozen tater tots (32 oz)
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer half of the tater tots.
- Spread the cooked sausage over the tater tots.
- Pour half of the egg mixture over the sausage.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese over the egg mixture.
- Layer the remaining tater tots on top.
- Pour the rest of the egg mixture over the tater tots.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden brown.
Notes
- Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Customize by adding vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight.
