Description

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer half of the tater tots.
  4. Spread the cooked sausage over the tater tots.
  5. Pour half of the egg mixture over the sausage.
  6. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese over the egg mixture.
  7. Layer the remaining tater tots on top.
  8. Pour the rest of the egg mixture over the tater tots.
  9. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  10. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden brown.
