Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add bread, cheese, bell peppers, sausage, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until set.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
