- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk

- 4 cups cubed bread
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add cubed bread, cheese, sausage, onion, and bell pepper to the egg mixture.
- Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- You can prepare it the night before and bake in the morning.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
