Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers

  • 1/4 cup cooked sausage or bacon (optional)
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, sauté bell peppers and onions until soft.
  3. Add cooked sausage or bacon, if using.
  4. Pour in the eggs and scramble until cooked.
