- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 pound of breakfast sausage
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and place in a greased baking dish.
- Add the cooked sausage and cheese over the biscuits.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and biscuits are golden.

- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or onions.
- Can substitute sausage with bacon or ham.
