Ingredients
Scale
- 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops, about 1 inch thick
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.
- In a third shallow dish, place the breadcrumbs.
- Take each pork chop and dip it first into the flour mixture, coating both sides. Shake off any excess flour.
- Next, dip the pork chop into the beaten eggs, making sure it is fully coated.
- Finally, coat the pork chop in the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere the crumbs.
- Repeat the process for all pork chops.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the breaded pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; cook in batches if necessary.
- Spray the tops of the pork chops with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the pork chops are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F or 63°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
