- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken thighs.
- Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked through and has a golden brown crust.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add lemon juice to the marinade.
- Chicken thighs are forgiving to cook and remain juicy even if slightly overcooked.
