  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken thighs.
  4. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked through and has a golden brown crust.
  5. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add lemon juice to the marinade.
  • Chicken thighs are forgiving to cook and remain juicy even if slightly overcooked.
