- 300ml water
- 100g sourdough starter
- 10g salt
- 200g fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Mix flour, water, and sourdough starter in a bowl.
- Add salt and mix until incorporated.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes.
- Let the dough rise for 4 hours, folding it every hour.
- Shape the dough and place it in a proofing basket.
- Let it proof for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Bake the bread for 30-35 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
Notes
- Use ripe blueberries for better flavor.
- Ensure the sourdough starter is active.
- Store bread in a paper bag to maintain crust.
