  4. Knead the dough for 10 minutes.
  5. Let the dough rise for 4 hours, folding it every hour.
  6. Shape the dough and place it in a proofing basket.
  7. Let it proof for 2 hours.
  8. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  9. Bake the bread for 30-35 minutes.
  10. Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
