Ingredients

- 1 cup sourdough starter

- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Instructions
- Mix the flour, sourdough starter, water, and salt in a bowl.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 4 hours or until doubled in size.
- Mix cream cheese, blueberries, and sugar in a separate bowl.
- Roll out the dough and spread the blueberry cream cheese mixture on top.
- Roll the dough into a log and shape it into a loaf.
- Let the loaf rise for another hour.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 30-35 minutes.
