Delicious blueberry cream cheese bars with a buttery crust, creamy filling, and fresh blueberries.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a greased 8×8-inch pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over the crust. Sprinkle blueberries on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Chill bars for easier cutting.
- Use frozen blueberries if fresh are unavailable.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
