A refreshing tropical cocktail that combines the flavors of pineapple and coconut with a vibrant blue color.

- 1 1/2 oz light rum
- 3/4 oz blue curaçao
- 1 oz coconut cream
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- Pineapple slice and cherry for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add the light rum, blue curaçao, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and lime juice.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice and a cherry.
Notes
- For a frozen version, blend all ingredients with ice until smooth.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less coconut cream.
