Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel the onion and cut off the top, leaving the root end intact.
  3. Slice the onion into petals without cutting all the way through.
  4. In one bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
  6. In a third bowl, place breadcrumbs.
  7. Coat the onion in the flour mixture, dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  8. Place the onion in the air fryer basket and spray with cooking spray.
  9. Cook for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
