Ingredients

- 2 lbs of chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, zucchini)
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone grill on medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side.
- Add mixed vegetables to the grill during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Ensure chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
- Use a meat thermometer for accuracy.
