Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Place patties on the griddle and cook for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Add cheese slices on top of patties during the last minute of cooking.
- Toast the burger buns on the griddle until golden brown.
- Assemble burgers with condiments and serve hot.
