Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • Fresh lime, for serving
  • Chopped cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, toss the chicken breasts with olive oil and fajita seasoning until well coated.
  3. Place the chicken on the griddle and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the griddle and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  5. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the griddle. Sauté until they are tender and slightly charred, about 5-6 minutes.
