Description

Delicious biscuit cinnamon rolls made with a quick dough.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk for icing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. Add softened butter and milk, stir until combined.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
  5. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over the dough.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
  7. Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Mix icing sugar and milk, drizzle over warm rolls.
