Delicious biscuit cinnamon rolls made with a quick dough.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk for icing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Add softened butter and milk, stir until combined.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix icing sugar and milk, drizzle over warm rolls.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be frozen before baking.
- Add nuts for extra crunch.
