Ingredients

- 1 tbsp onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 8 slider buns
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced pickles
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Special sauce: 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp mustard, 1 tbsp relish, 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Form the mixture into slider-sized patties.
- Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Prepare the special sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Assemble sliders by placing a patty on each bun, topping with sauce, lettuce, pickles, and cheese.
- Serve immediately.
