Easy recipe for Big Mac sliders.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 8 slices cheddar cheese
- 12 slider buns
- Pickles to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onions until browned.
- Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard in a bowl.
- Layer the bottom half of the slider buns in a baking dish.
- Spread the beef mixture over the buns.
- Add a layer of cheese slices.
- Top with pickles and the top half of the buns.
- Spread the sauce mixture on top of the buns.
- Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Serve warm.

- Adjust seasoning as needed.
- For extra flavor, add your favorite spices.
- Can substitute beef with turkey or plant-based meat.
