Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup pickles, diced
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 small tortillas
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned.
- Drain excess fat and stir in pickles, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup on each tortilla.
- Place beef mixture on half of each tortilla.
- Top with cheddar cheese.
- Fold the tortillas over to create sliders.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Notes
- Serve with extra pickles and sauces on the side.
- You can use different cheeses if desired.
