Easy recipe for Big Mac sliders using Hawaiian rolls.
Ingredients

- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup special sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Brown ground beef with onions in a skillet.
- Season beef with salt and pepper.
- Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
- Spread special sauce on the bottom half of the rolls.
- Add a layer of beef, followed by pickles and cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls on.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

- Customize toppings as desired.
- Use turkey or veggie patties for alternatives.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
