  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup special sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Brown ground beef with onions in a skillet.
  3. Season beef with salt and pepper.
  4. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
  5. Spread special sauce on the bottom half of the rolls.
  6. Add a layer of beef, followed by pickles and cheese.
  7. Place the top half of the rolls on.
  8. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
