Easy-to-make Big Mac sliders that capture the classic taste in a mini version.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 8 slider buns
- 4 slices American cheese
- 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Cook patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Place cooked patties on the slider buns.
- Add a slice of cheese on each patty.
- Top with shredded lettuce and pickles.
- Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard; spread on the top bun.
- Assemble sliders and place them in a baking dish.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Feel free to add your favorite toppings.
- Sliders can be assembled ahead of time and baked before serving.
