- 1 clove garlic, halved
- 1 cup dry white wine

- Fresh bread cubes for dipping
Instructions
- Rub the inside of the fondue pot with garlic.
- In a pot, heat white wine and lemon juice over medium heat.
- Add the grated Gruyere and Emmental cheese gradually, stirring constantly.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with kirsch and add to the cheese mixture.
- Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Season with black pepper.
- Serve with bread cubes for dipping.
