- 8 oz Gruyere cheese, shredded
- 1 cup beer
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the shredded cheeses with flour.
- In a pot, combine beer and garlic over medium heat.
- Once beer is warm, gradually add cheese mixture, stirring continuously.
- Add Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm with bread or vegetables for dipping.
