A quick and healthy beef and veggie stir fry perfect for busy weeknights. Packed with protein and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Marinate beef with soy sauce for 10 minutes.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan. Stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
- Add beef and cook until browned. Remove from pan.
- Heat vegetable oil. Stir-fry bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli for 3 minutes.
- Mix water and cornstarch. Pour into pan.
- Return beef to pan. Toss everything together.
- Serve hot.

- Slice beef thinly for faster cooking.
- Use any vegetables you have on hand.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
