- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 ounces egg noodles

- Add mushrooms and cook until they are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle flour over the mushroom mixture and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute.

- Serve the beef stroganoff over the cooked egg noodles and garnish with fresh parsley.
