Ingredients

- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced into strips
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 ounces egg noodles, cooked
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the beef strips and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add onions and garlic to the skillet, sauté until softened.
- Add mushrooms and cook until they release moisture.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, bring to a simmer.
- Stir in sour cream and return the beef to the skillet.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles.
