A quick and easy beef stir fry with fresh vegetables and a savory sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over high heat.
- Add beef and cook until browned, about 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
- Add bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water in a bowl.
- Return beef to the pan and pour sauce over. Stir well.
- Cook for 2 more minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over rice.
Notes
- Slice beef thinly for quick cooking.
- Use high heat for best results.
