- 200g beef, thinly sliced
- 300g udon noodles
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Return beef to the pan. Add cooked udon noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper.
- Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
Notes
- Slice beef thinly for quicker cooking.
- Adjust sauce ingredients to taste.
- Add other vegetables like mushrooms or cabbage if desired.
