- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 12 slider buns
Instructions
- Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and cook slowly until caramelized, about 20 minutes.
- Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Form small patties about 2 inches in diameter.
- Cook patties in a skillet for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Toast slider buns lightly.
- Assemble sliders with beef patties and caramelized onions.

- Use 80/20 ground beef for best flavor.
- Cook onions slowly for best caramelization.
- You can add cheese if desired.
