Ingredients

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 12 slider buns

Instructions

  1. Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and cook slowly until caramelized, about 20 minutes.
  3. Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Form small patties about 2 inches in diameter.
  5. Cook patties in a skillet for 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Toast slider buns lightly.
  7. Assemble sliders with beef patties and caramelized onions.
