- 1 pound beef sausage, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced beef sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the diced bell pepper and onion to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute.
- Add the diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Reduce the heat to low and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
