- 200g ramen noodles
- 300g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 cup bok choy, chopped
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 egg (optional), soft-boiled
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the sliced beef to the pot, cooking until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour in the beef broth and soy sauce. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Add the bok choy and carrots to the pot, cooking until tender.
- In a separate pot, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In serving bowls, divide the cooked ramen noodles. Ladle the beef broth and vegetables over the noodles.
- Top with sliced green onions and a soft-boiled egg if using.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
