Ingredients

- 1 pound flank steak, sliced against the grain
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortillas, for serving
- Sour cream, for serving
- Guacamole, for serving
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, soy sauce, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the sliced flank steak to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and grill for 5-7 minutes, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
- Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes, until tender.
- Remove from heat and let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve the grilled steak and vegetables in warm tortillas with sour cream, guacamole, and fresh cilantro.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the steak overnight.
- Feel free to add other toppings like salsa or cheese.
