Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the beef steak with salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear the beef on both sides until browned.
- Add chopped onion and mixed vegetables.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cover and transfer to the oven.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until desired doneness.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
