  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  3. Season the roast with salt and pepper.
  4. Brown the roast on all sides in the pot.
