  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onion and garlic.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, beef broth, mixed vegetables, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
