Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped lettuce (optional)
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add milk and shredded cheese, stirring until smooth.
- Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni. Set aside.
- Season ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook beef until browned.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan for 30 seconds on each side.
- Spread macaroni and cheese on each tortilla, then top with cooked beef.
- Add tomatoes and lettuce if desired.
- Roll tortillas tightly into wraps.
- Serve immediately.

- For extra flavor, add hot sauce or ketchup.
- Swap beef for ground turkey for a lighter option.
- Use gluten-free tortillas if needed.
