- 4 hamburger buns

Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
- Cook the patties on the grill for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- If using cheese, add a slice on top of each patty in the last minute of cooking.
- Toast the buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers with your choice of toppings.
