Ingredients

  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place sliced onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Season the brisket with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. Place the brisket on top of the onions and garlic.
  4. In a bowl, mix beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar.
  5. Pour the mixture over the brisket.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until tender.
  7. Slice and serve with cooking juices.
