Ingredients

- 3 pounds beef brisket
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place sliced onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Season the brisket with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Place the brisket on top of the onions and garlic.
- In a bowl, mix beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar.
- Pour the mixture over the brisket.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until tender.
- Slice and serve with cooking juices.
Notes
- Allow the brisket to rest before slicing.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
