  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced beef to the skillet, cooking until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the bell peppers and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
  5. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to combine and heat through.
