A quick and easy Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry recipe that’s packed with flavor and ready in under 30 minutes!

- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine beef slices, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Remove broccoli from the pan and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger to the beef and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Return the broccoli to the pan and stir in the beef broth. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
- Serve the beef and broccoli stir-fry over cooked rice.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add sliced bell peppers or carrots.
- Feel free to adjust the soy sauce and oyster sauce to taste.
