Ingredients

- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Add beef and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add garlic and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Pour sauce mixture into the pan. Stir well.
- Add water and cook for 2 more minutes until sauce thickens.

- Slice beef against the grain for tenderness.
- Use fresh broccoli for best texture.
- Adjust sauce thickness with more water if needed.
