Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Add beef and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Pour sauce mixture into the pan. Stir well.
  5. Add water and cook for 2 more minutes until sauce thickens.
