Description
A savory beef and broccoli dish cooked in a crock pot.
Ingredients

- 1 pound beef, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Place sliced beef in the crock pot.
- Add broccoli florets on top of the beef.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour the mixture over the beef and broccoli.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes, mix cornstarch and water in a bowl.
- Stir the cornstarch mixture into the crock pot to thicken the sauce.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.

- Adjust cooking time based on your crock pot model.
- Use fresh broccoli for better texture.
