Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Place sliced beef in the crock pot.
  2. Add broccoli florets on top of the beef.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  4. Pour the mixture over the beef and broccoli.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. In the last 30 minutes, mix cornstarch and water in a bowl.
  7. Stir the cornstarch mixture into the crock pot to thicken the sauce.
  8. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
