- 1 cup of grapes, washed and stemmed
- 1 cup of carrot sticks
- 1 cup of celery sticks, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, washed
- 1 cup of mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts)
- 1 cup of popcorn, lightly salted
- 1 cup of cheese cubes
- 1/2 cup of hummus
- 1/2 cup of yogurt with honey
- Plastic containers for easy transport
Instructions
- Prepare all the fresh fruits and vegetables by washing and cutting them into kid-friendly sizes.
- Pack grapes, carrot sticks, celery sticks, cherry tomatoes, and cheese cubes into plastic containers.
- Add a small container of hummus and yogurt with honey for dipping.
- Fill another container with mixed nuts and lightly salted popcorn for crunchy snacks.
- Chill in the refrigerator until ready to leave for the beach.
- Once at the beach, set out the snacks on a blanket and let the kids enjoy!
