Ingredients

- 1 cup of dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, apricots)
- 1 cup of granola or trail mix
- 1 package of string cheese or cheese sticks
- 1 cup of fresh fruit (grapes, apple slices, or berries)
- 1 bag of whole grain crackers
- 1 small container of hummus or dip of choice
- Water or flavored sparkling water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the nuts and dried fruit.
- Divide the nut and fruit mix into small snack bags for easy portioning.
- Pack the granola or trail mix into a separate container.
- Prepare the cheese sticks by removing them from their packaging and placing them in a cooler.
- Wash and slice the fresh fruit into bite-sized pieces and store them in a sealed container.
- Pack the whole grain crackers into a bag or container to keep them fresh.
- Scoop hummus into small containers and seal tightly.
- Don’t forget to bring plenty of water or flavored sparkling water to stay hydrated!
